Wrist neuroma
I have been trying to find information on neuromas but so far no luck.
I have a neuroma in my wrist (thumb side of wrist) which was operated on last year in September. I believe they partially removed it and buried the rest? Anyways the problem is back. My symptoms.. if I tap the incision scar or touch it I get burning pain radiating up my thumb. Also some twitching of the thumb.
The surgeon said maybe it wasn't buried deep enough and they will operate again.
What causes neuromas?
