i want to ask you about Amir's problem...the situation..'Amir, male, 25 years old, works as a clerk in a private company. He always adopts and practises a healthy life style. He avoid smoking and does regular exercises. Amir put priority on his health and thus takes multi vitamin pills as suppliments for his body.
Recently, he always fells drowsiness and fatigue besides experiencing nausea, diarrhea and dificulty in breathing. Apart from that, his feet, hands and the area around his eyes swell and become puffy. he also tends to keep losing his weight due to lost appetite. Amir went to the hospital and underwent several tests. Results of the urine test showed the reduction in the urine volume. His blood test showed existence of white blood cells, sugar and protein. blood analysis also detected some waste products such as toxin and the fluid remain. the blood pressure reading for Amir is 140/90 mmHg.'
