Weird sensation in wrists and ankles
I know this makes me sound crazy, but I have these strange sensations in my wrists and ankles that are driving me nuts. There is no burning, tingling or numbness, but the only relief I get is if I squeeze my wrists or ankles, or put weight on them. I'm healthy, I exercise, and I'm thin, and I've been to a neurologist who found nothing wrong, but suggested it might be a nerve problem from my back (I do have a weak back). I'm tired of sitting at my desk having to stop to squeeze feeling into my wrists and ankles. Please can you help?
Thank you so much,
Carolnie
