Weird muscle spasms and numbness & tingling

My name is Heather,I am a 34 year old female. about 2-3 years ago I noticed some minor changes like incontinence and some excessive itching in varous places like my scalp and back and also vision loss. Then things progressed to parethesia with burning along with the tingling, and numbnness in my feet, hands legs and arms. I went to a neurologist and had an MRI of my brain to check for MS and results were negative that was summer of "07" and also a muscle test where they sent electricity through my muscles, since then things have progressed to ocasional muscle cramping in my toes. I have had ringing in my ears now for about 7 months. Then I started to have muscle spasms in my legs and I noticed that my memory was not well. Example; I forgot my friends name that I had not seen in a month and I forget what words are, even though I can visualize what I am trying to say. Now the muscle spasms are non stop. Daily I struggle with deep muscle spasms and cramping. My hand has been cramping below my pinky for almost 2 weeks now and my abdomen spases regularly as if I were pregnant with a child kicking inside. The spasm are in various places, like my legs and arms and I have had cramping in my face and spasms in my eyelids as well. I have had the spasms off and on for a few years but now all of the sudden they don't stop... ever.. I am about to scream. My vision continues to progressively get worse and I feel like this is neurological because it just feels like my brain is freaking out. Can you offer some insight to my problem. Oh and I also suffer from bouts of fatigue and muscle weakness during those bouts my body feels shakey, and I have muscle stiffness in my elbows and right knee. It is a chore sometimes to get up due to the stiffness. Thanks
