Temporary numbness, and temp. hearing loss

Ok, a short history on me

Im 27, on birth control. Was admitted to the hospital in '95 and '97 for head injuries (one from a car accident and one by falling on my head). History of migraines from a young age, which has gotten better with age. History of Tinnitis in left ear.

About a 1 1/2 year ago, I got severly sick and was given an antibiotic for my horrible cold and cough. I took the abx for 3 days and felt better. A week later I experienced some hearing loss (the feeling that someone had their hand cupped over my left ear), and numbness around my left ear. This lasted about 3 weeks. One night I went into the ER to be evaluated and they did a CT Scan. It came out normal. They referred me to a neurologist, which he sent me to get an MRI, that came back Normal, except there was 1 white spot on the right frontal lobe. My doctor ran tests for MS, and that came back normal. He said that since I have a history of migraines, he feels that the white spot was from that.

Ok, now for the present time. I periodically get that numbness feeling and have learned to deal with it. But now its seems that it is on the right side now. I do get temporary numbness and temporary high pitch noise, here and there. I went to see my G.P, and he ran tests for vasculitis, that came back normal. He feels that its due to my migraines ....I guess the aura of it.....but I have NO pain at all and no light sensitivity.

This is all new to me and Im worried that it may be caused by a tumor or something. I have scheduled an appointment with my neurologist to get his opinion.

Does anyone have any suspicions? I do get periodic dizziness (like 2 times a month),...but I feel that it could be my lack of diet and having a stressful job.

Please shed some light on this topic...should I just chill out or really worry that there is something wrong?
