Tarsal Tunnel

I had injured my ankle about 6 years ago in a sports related accident from that point on until about 16 months ago I have had chronic pain sometime completely keeping me from walking. I found out after injuring my ankle again that I had severe tarsal tunnel. I had the surgery over a year ago and nothing has really changed with the pain ,also during my check up the hospital also found out that I had siatic nerve damage in my hip and I also had a ruptered L4 disc that had trapped some of my spinal nerves. Since the surgery I have lost feeling in my last 2 toes and I have lighting like pain on a regualr basis also because of my siatic condition I cant sit for a long period of time, so between the ankle and hip I am constantly having to monitor my day of walking and sitting. I also have a bit of athritis in both feet and my right ankle is starting to show signs of some nerve issues as well, the doctor says this is probably from trying to baby the other ankle over the years and I have put alot of wear and tear on that one as well. Is there any sugesstions that could help me so I dont progress any of these problems and make them worse.
