Symptoms from head injury... 15 years later?
Hi, I had a bad head injury when I was 11 years old; I'm now 26. My parents were Christian Scientists and never took me to the doctor. When I was 11, I lost consciousness for about 45 seconds, woke up disoriented, vomited many times, and had a bump on my head that was bigger than a tennis ball. After the swelling went down days later, I was left with a dent (depression) in my skull but seemed otherwise okay.
Over the last two months I've been having these dull headaches on/around the dent in my skull (and nowhere else-- the rest of my head feels fine). Is it possible that this is related to my 15 year old head injury?
The depression is on the right side of my forehead at the hairline.
