someone pleeeese help!!!

I have been dealing with alot of pain since April of this year. It started with pain in my neck and radiating to both shoulders, and down to one hand (get numb and cold) I have been to a neurosurgeon which says that there is nothing significant on mri or mylegram to suggest needing surgery my mri reads c2-3 level demonstrated minimal disc bulg, no sig. stenosis
c3-4 demonstrateds a broad-based disc abnormality in a similar location across the left side of the anterior sac. It does not impinge significantly on the canal or foramen and no critical stenosis.
c4-c5 small disc protrusion in left lateral recess
c5-c6 minimal disc bulge across the anterior aspect of the canal without focal abnormality or signficant stenosis.
anyway this is what i suffer with today, I have severe burning in upper back and neck, pain in both shoulders, burning in biceps, numbness in hand at night . i have been going to physical therapy for 5 weeks no change, been to neurologist that didnt listen to nothing i had to say, says it a muscular problem. is this possibly a problem in shoulders or are there anything on mri that may suggest cervical problem
please help i cant deal with this pain any longer as i type my write arm feels weak as though i've been carrying something heavy for a long time
