slurred and confused speach
I am only 19, and more and more I have been having difficulty in verbally communicating things. I slurr my speach, and mix up the order of my words. For my job I often have to read off phone numbers to people, and I can look straight at them and when I say them out loud I transpose them or I saw completely different numbers.
There are times that I am thinking something, and it is perfectly clear in my mind,and I know just how to word it, but when I say it out loud it doesnt make any sense or I simply can't say it. I have to have other people finish my sentances cuz I have the words I just cant say them. I can still write things down properly, I just cant say them.
I dont know if this is just normal, because I know this happens to everyone, but how often it happens is what worries me. I always have to say things over and over before I can get them right, and simple words that I have said all my life I have to stop and think really hard just to say them right. Should I be concerned?
