Sharp pain in the sole of my foot
I hope someone can help and I'm embarrassed to ask but, everytime I urinate, I get a sharp pain in my foot. Can anyone tell me what this could be?

Would you elaborate a bit? Your age, sex, a more detailed explanation of the symptoms, do you get the pain in other situations, and so on?Sorry about the lack of info. I'm a 32y male. This problem started almost 4 years ago. It would come and go during this time so I never really thought much about it and figured it could be some type of urinary track infection or kidney infection. But it's where the pain is that's strange to me. The only other time I feel this pain (and not as bad if not at all) is when I ejaculate. I hope this helps!I've never heard of this before, and the connection is hard to make, just about the only thing that comes to mind is that it has something to do with pelvic muscles and nerve irritation / impingement, or just some anatomical variation that you have. If you've had this for 4 years, it comes and goes, generally that's a sign that it is not progressing, in which case it's probably harmless. If the symptoms exacerbate, I encourage you to see your doctor so a physical examination can be done.
