Shaky hands
When I don't have anything in my hands they don't shake. But if I pick up a cup to drink or to write with a pen then my hand shakes. What could this be?
Thanks

I think your symptom may be of Parkinsons syndrome
so I want share some info about it.
Parkinsons syndrome is a degenrative desease leading to a decrease in L-Dopa levels in the body .L-Dopa is a neuro transmitter which carries the impulses from the brain. The desease is charaterised by inability to control the muscular movements .Use of Velvet Beans is very beneficial in Parkinson's syndrome.
The seeds are removed from the beans and about 50 Gms are to be consumed daily after cooking.Your symptoms could be several things non of which we can diagnosis via the internet or prescribing herbal remedies for such. The best thing to do is see your physician for proper examination and treatment. Good luck.
