Severe Headache after surgery during sex
I am a 50 yr old male who just had parathyroid surgery 2 weeks ago. I was under anestesia for 5 hrs, surgery didn't go as planned, couldn't find problem gland. After surgery I have had a more or less constant dull headache which turns into an extremely painful headache (migrane?)at the point of climax during sex. I have had surgery before for knees, never had this problem before. I am taking medication for cholesteral, blood pressure and gout. I was injected with some kind of blue dye which is still leaching outof my system, however, significantly less than 2 weeks ago. It took me 5 - 6 days to loose the effects of anestesia regarding confusion. Is this a possible side effect of anestesia, related to all the exploration in my neck, or something else related to the surgery.
