Ruptured dermoid cyst

I have been suffering with pelvic and leg pain for a few months. They thought it was my back (spinal stenosis) but just found out on Friday that I have teratoma. I went to the ER today due to severe pain in my pelvic and leg. This was my fifth or sixth time to the ER/Urgent care. The DR think the one on the right could have ruptured because he sees no sign of a cyst now (just follicles). There was a large cyst on the right on my last CT (4/17/07). I still have cyst on my left ovary. My biggest concern is that my stomach is swollen. The word cancer came of during my visit to the doctor on Monday. I had a CA 125 done and it came back normal. If the cyst ruptured, is it doing anything to my and what are the chances of it being cancerous? Should the ultrasound or TRV showed signs of cancer? Or the blood work?
