Ruptured Appendix
I heard that an appendix is likely to rupture if it goes even 24 hours without treatment. How long can someone live with a ruptured appendix if they go without any treatment whatsoever?
Answers:
I'm not the doc but I think people can early appendix symptoms that can be helped with antibiotics, but when it becomes chronic there is a risk of blood clot and rupture. Ruptured appendix in a emergency, very painful and life threatening.
