Retinal Bleeding and nerves jumping in face

I am a 51 yr old male. At age 43 and 50 I had retinal bleeding in my eyes. I was told this was an underlying medical condition. The doctor's said it was most likely blood clots. I was tested for lupus and every blood disorder there was. All tests were negative except a test that said my immune system was running on high and I was producing extra antibodies. I also have high cholesterol and take Zetia and an asprin each day. For the last 2 months I have experienced nerves jumping in my arm and now my left lower eye lid. In the last 3 days the nerves are now jumping in both lips. I also have tinnitus in my left ear. I am a healthy person that eats well and gets plenty of sleep. I am a marathon runner and in great condition. Could my immune system problem, the bleeding in my eyes and the facial twitching all be related? Also, my father died of a heart attack at age 55 and his mother died of strokes at age 59.
