really weird abdominal pain
I have weird abdominal pain that started out like menstrual cramps then turned complicated. But I don't have easy access to a hospital where I am right now, so I need to know if this is something I should go to the hospital for.
Three days ago I started feeling crampy pain around my pelvic area, with a little uncomfortable feel that my tummy was bloating. I thought it was weird feeling this, as I already had my period. I thought it was also weird that in urinating the pain was more severe. I thought I had some form of UTI or what. Later during the day, I think, the tummy pain became crampy (pain was generalized), but it hurt only when I walked or moved around, I was fine while sitting in certain positions. Sometime during the day, too, the pelvic area pain subsided, and I felt less and less pain while urinating. All in all, it felt as though whatever it is moved up to the tummy. For the record, I was able to pass gas and have bowel movement, although the former happened a lot that night. As I relaxed at that time, I don't know if I could safely say that the pains were reduced. Somehow, I chalked it up as gas pains. Before I forget, it seemed as if they (the tummy bloating and cramps) got worse after eating.
The next day, I decided to relax. The tummy bloating feeling was still there, but to a lesser degree than the previous day (I wasn't moving around as much anyway, so...). I'm not sure if I experienced the stomach cramps. Anyway, there was a new pain. I felt sharp jabs on the lower right side of my pelvic area that came and went several times during the day - short jabs, more like pokes, except they were sharp. Sometimes they came in a series, then stopped, sometimes it was a single poke. I didn't think it was appendicitis, as I thought the pain there was severe and constant. As the previous they, I also got the feeling that they got worse after eating.
Yesterday I felt fine, overall. No cramps. There was still some stomach bloating, but I don't remember feeling the jabs.
Today, I felt the jabs again, but this time each individual one was longer.
What the heck?
