Question about a possible hernia

Hello I first started feeling what felt like cramping in my lower left abdominal/groin region in June, and i thought it was probably a slight hernia, so Ive taken time off lifting since. However today the pain came back but also I feel tired and weak and physically I look like Ive come down with some sort of flu or other sickness. Is it common that a hernia would cause fli like symptoms? OR do you think its something else?

Yeah Hernias may present either with pain mostly at abdominal part and it may have a visible or palpable lump, or in some cases by more vague symptoms resulting from pressure on an organ which has become "stuck" in the hernia, sometimes leading to organ dysfunction. It was Fatty tissue usually enters a hernia first, but it may be followed by or accompanied by an organ.
