Possible Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS)

I was in a car accident in 1999. During the accident I turned my head to the left and the seat belt caught me and the air bag hit me on the right side of my face. I was blind in my right eye and had corneal abrasions and burns (which have all healed since then) . A little less than a month after the accident I started to experience pain in my neck and right arm. I went for PT for over a year which did nothing but make me feel worse. I am still experiencing all of the symptoms and pain. They include...Constant burning pain and tightness at neck mostly on right side, shoulder, back near shoulder blades, back of arm, elbow and upper chest. pain in upper right ring finger. Headaches in the back of the right side of head and neck running to front side of face... cause migraines. Mornings- cold burning sensation runs down back of arm wakes me up feels like something has been squeezed all right and is releasing. Weakness of right arm, tired feeling and dropping things from hand ...worse when arm is raised to do such things as blow dry hair or drive. Swelling of fingers right hand. Numbness, tingling pins & needle sensation in fingers (hand)...worst when sleeping. Coldness in fingers and hand especially when using computer. Burning sensation down arm when using to do housework, using computer or if arm is in awkward position. Limited range of motion in right arm. Can not place right arm behind back. All symptoms are worse at night and the next morning when I have used the arm for work (computer) or other activities (ordinary things like vacuuming, carrying things, cleaning etc.) during the day. I was a graphic designer using a computer all day for 8-10 hrs. The pain in my neck and arm and headaches were (are) so bad when I working that I have stopped. I did some research to see what this could be. It seems like I have a lot of the symptoms of Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. I went to a neurologist and suggested this (which he did not like) and he said I do not have classic TOS because I have no atrophy of the muscles and the pulse in the right arm is good. He said it could be Carpel Tunnel or just a pinched nerve. After 8 years I have learned to live with the pain and use my right arm anyway even though it hurts so there would be no atrophy. I disagree with him. Plus I did not think carpel tunnel caused massive pain in the shoulder and neck that causes terrible headaches. Does it sound like it could be TOS, if not what else could it be?
