Possible Menengitis?
Im pretty sure i read that viral menegitis in not able to spread from person to person, but about 10 days ago i was with my cousins from another state they were not feeling to good when they came over. About 5 days ago they came back over and were horribly sick and so was I. We all had the same symptoms, it felt like i was freezing but my face was on fire like the hottest you could ever feel almost like you were so cold it was like frost bite burning, but only on your face. And the rest of your body was just cold. I felt like i got hit with a million cars dumped on me. Weak all over. My neck and shoulders hurt so bad like they were stiff. I could barley move my head like i pulled muscles but i know i didnt. My throat hurt like my tonsils were swollen but i dont have tonsils, or if i had strep throat, i also had a very weak ocassionall cough. The part that really scared me was the nurelogical stuff, it felt was like i was loosing my mind, not going crazy. But i felt like i would just loose my focus on what i was thinking about all of a sudden during thinking my brain just stopped. It literatly felt like i could feel it stop focusing on my thought and i couldnt control it. It also felt like i had a lot of pressure in my brain, like when you are on your head for to long and the blood rushed to your head. Also like your brained just wondered off and felt dizzy while it was gone. At first i thought i was crazy until they told me the same thing was happening to them. I feel quite a bit better know just a extreme soar throat and the feeling i just got my butt kicked also a little dizzy. But my husband, sister and brother are all know starting to get this and i think it is at its peak point cuase they are horrible. I almost have to carry my husband to the bathroom. He wont go to the doctor, he says its a waste of money and they will say there is nothing they can do. I know a little about menengitis i have had 2 sisters and 1 brother have bacterial menegitis. I dont know much about viral menegitis. Could these symptoms be this and if so can it spread? If not what else could it be? I mostley worried because i have a 3 year old son and a 18 month old son and are mostley worried if they get it. Any help would be great!!!
