please help me please help me
about at the end of novmeber 07 until now still currently i have something wrong. its very hard to explain but ill try. i am really confused whenever i try to think about anything. whenever i try to understand anything important like what it is im confused about or think about alcoholics anonymous stuff or stuff i learn at church its like i cant think. i know it sounds weird but its hard to explain. i get to where i feel like im going crazy and about to jump out of my skin but i dont know why . i dont talk to any of my docs about it too much because i dont know how to describe it. its like i feel like i cant think or understand anything at all and when i try to think about anythiong i cant. then i get really frustrated and cant accurately recall things i hear or feel or think about what i say after i say it or get advice and remember it or apply it because i dont understand where i was at when i asked it. its more than just a memory problem though. i feel like a sense of panic that im supposed to be thinking about something or understanding some things ive heard but i cant recall what they are and i get freaked out and almost have panic attacks. i cant apply any of the things im supposed to be learning or thinking about in recovery because i cant think. i have no insight or comprehension and if i do its so brief then i forget again or dont understand and have to try to obsessively think about what it was again and if i do remember what it was i couldnt understand i still cant understand it and sometimes the thought gets stuck in my head. please email me at saved3864@hotmail.com
