Piles problem
Hello doctor,
I have been suffering from chronic constipation and use exessive pressure during passing stool. recently i have felt a small dot inside my anus. Before it was smaller but now it has grown to half the size of a pea. But i normally cannot feel it nor is there any pain involved. Otherwise everything else is normal. Please please suggest something. Is this really piles? Will it get worse. I have started eating high fibred foods. Will this help. Please reply.

It could be hemorrhoids (piles), considering your history. On the other hand, I can't say that for sure, so please have your doctor take a look.
