Paresthesia

Hi i am a 24 yr old asian male. 1mth ago i was having pain behind the ears and ear pains in the ear i went to my family doctor and she diagnosed me as having ottis media or middle ear infection.She gave me some antibiotics and it cleared very fast.After a few days i started having pain near my jaw area went back to her and she told i was having TMJ she didnt give me any medications as she told me it will not last long.After a few days later the pain was gone but i was having flu and inbalances when i sat down.after reading the internet on HIV infection i when a private doctor for a HIV antibody 1&2 test.After withdrawing blood from me i started having pins and needles all over my body,burning sensation on my legs and my stomach
On monday i received my results and it was negative for HIV antibody test 1&2 i was happy but still was having the pins and needles i went back to him and told him that i was having the pins and he gave me some vitamins b1,b6and b12 neurovit forte he told me that my nerves were weak.After taking it i felt the same as if nothing had changed infact it became worse a few days later i was having toe vibration and pins and needles effect moreover i was having some rashes on my palm on the hand it looks like small pimples but it vanished within 5-10 mins. basically i managed to take down the symptoms that i am having

1)Pain behind the ears (sensitivity sound)on the right side of my ear
2)Paresthesia (1-2 seconds pin prick)
3) tinnitus (often)
4)small rashes that look like pimple on the palm of my hand that dissapears within 5-10 mins
5)Gassy stomach
6)muscle movement in the legs and arms
7)toe vibration and 4th finger pain
8)headache on one side of the head for hours without medication

is there anyone who can identify what i am having ?i hoping its not MS or a serious symptom.
