PAins and numbness after surgery for Arnold Ciari Malformation.

After my surgery in April 2006 I started having unexplained pains and numbness. I can be walking around and suddenly a part of my foot will go numb and stay that way for weeks. I had a pain on my right side for several weeks and no one could tell me why. I have terrible headaches everyday. My neck hurts all the time. Now I am having severe spasms of my ribcage. Today the spasm was so bad I fell to the floor crying. The spasm went from the bottom of my ribcage front and back and into my arm. I couldn't move my arm. It only lasted for a couple of minutes but now all the muscles are sore like someone had hit me. I also have my arms and legs go numb. My doctor says it something called fibromyal well whatever it's called but I've been diagnosed with some many things I don't know who is right. I have been diagnosed with tremors, migrains, chronic pain and something called atr I believe - it is where you have all the symptoms of having a stroke but none of the damage. My doctor wants me to see an arthitis doctor but I think I need to see another neurologists. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!Also, I had a baby July 2005. I had an injection in my spine for the pain. They told me they had to let out some of my spinal fluid for the shot. But I could feel the fluid running down my back. My husband even remarked about how much fluid was coming out. A neurologist said that it sounded like they let out too much fluid that I shouldn't have been able to feel it running down my back. Could this be causing some of my problems.
