Pain on the back of the head (and neck, ear, temple, etc..)

Right after my 30th birthday, I started feeling some pain on the back of my head, about 5cm behind my left ear. Since then (now one month), it has been fairly constant and has been associated with several other symptoms which include neck pain, disconfort around ear, temple and throat, all on the left side. Also, I sometimes have tickling/numbness feeling in my left side of my lower body (arm, chest, leg). The pain always radiates from that specific spot in the back of my head, which is sensitive to the touch.

I have been to the doctor two times now. The first time, she told me to take Ibuprofen. The second time she prescribed me some Naproxen and has sent me for some blood tests and a CT, which is schedules for this thursday. The painkillers don't seem to be working, as the symptoms stay pretty muche the same.

I'm a male, 30, non-smoker, not overweight, I eat healthy and exercise (60km of bike per week, hockey, soccer). Do you have any advice on what could be causing this? Should I consider a visit to a physiotherapist/osteopath?

Thank you

DC
