My anxiety and what I take for it.
I'm a 33 yr old guy. I've had anxiety and adhd for years. Not until recently have I started to feel better. I see a Psychiatrist and I've recently started this regimen: Abilify 10mg at night. Atenolol 25mg twice a day, morning and night. Klonopin as needed, once at bedtime. The doctor is also about to put me on Ritalin 10mg twice a day for my concentraition.
Can anyone relate to my combo of medications? I often wonder if this is good for my brain chemistry in the long run. Will the Abilify make me more prone to disease like Parkinsons because of the antagonist effect on dopamine? Those are questions I think about.
