MS symptoms

I have alot of symptoms of MS. I need some answers. I have had a sudden change in my vision when I saw the opthamologist he said it was because of my diabetes. He said when my sugar gets high my vision gets worse and when it is normal my vision has improved. I told him that my vision didn't get better it stays blurry all the time. plus I have a low grade of diabetes if there is such a thing My sugar is almost never high the highest it has ever been is 188. I am used to seeing things blurry far away without my glasses. But now I cant see up close and far away. He also said my old glasses were to strong for me. But when I put them on everything is clear. I have other symptoms of MS when they checked my pupils the reacted strange. My left pupil got bigger in the light and my right eye shrunk very slowly. I have to inject my self with humira which can cause MS. I have slow word recall, infrequent bowel movements, short term memory problems, emptying my bladder i have to srain to get it all out, unbalanced and incontinence at night. I have sudden urges to go to the restroom and i usually go alot during the day. I have an appointment with a neuro-ophthamologist on the 11th. What exactly will he do? I am scared to find out what is wrong with me. Are all these symptoms, symptoms of MS. I seen them on some web sight and wrote down the ones I have. I seem to have alot of symptoms are these symptoms of other medical problems.
