Lower Back Pain

Dear Doctor,

Well i am 16 years old and have been suffering from lower back pain for almost a year now. It is ok sometimes but i have had a couple of really painful flare ups! It hurts mainly after exercising or when i am sat for a long time or in bed. My blood tests are ok so what can it be? PLease help !!
