Leg pain and unusual sensation

I've had pain and unusual sensations (pain after prolonged pressure or heat, pins and needle, burning, itching) primarily in my left leg for years. It started in my ankle, and has slowly spread up to my hip now. I've had thrush, and it typically worsens when the pain worsens. Illness and some medications seem to make the pain worse. Walking and warm showers makes the pain better. In the warm shower, the left side of my body bellow the shoulder turns red, this seems unusual to me, but not the doctors.

I'm not sure if this was related, but I had what was initially thought to be a kidney stone (bleeding, pain, inflammation,) but they could not find a stone, so it was attributed to inflammation alone.

I've been tested for more things over the years than I can remember, Lupus (and other autoimmune diseases), HIV, Celliac disease, Ulcerative colitis, MS, Chronic CMV.
I've had MRI's of the head, neck and lumbar, triple phase bone scan, and some electric nerve study.

The only unusual results have been, that I have small red blood cells, with a corresponding increase in the number of red blood cells and I have mild sleep apnea.

I only tried to give the highlights here. My doctor is telling me my guess as to what speciallist to go to is as good as hers. I really like my doctor mainly because she treats my symptoms well and I'm tired of switching doctors when the doctor runs out of ideas.

Thanks for any advice you can give.

Travis
