Knee Pain!
My right knee is in so much pain. It feels like someone is hitting it with a hammer. When my leg is extended it feels fine. When my leg is bent...nothing but pain and discomfort. If i hold my hand to my knee and slowly extend my leg it cracks or grinds. I don't have heathcare so I am wondering, will it just go away or would it be worth it to go to a walk in clinic/hospital. It's been going on for about 2 weeks. I am using Ice and heat while keeping it elevated as much as possible. I am in my early 20's 6'1'' 275. No past knee injury and this pain is out of the blue. I know I am bo legged and my ankles swell regularly. Not sure if any of that has to do with it. advise pleeeeeeeeeaaaaaaasssseeee. P.S I know it's not because of my weight, I am very athletic. I know that is what a walk in would say.
