Is Spine Causing Problems?

DR J,
I have had problems with my spine for nearly 20 years. seen loads of doctors but no diagnosis. i have burning pain in my spine between the shoulder blades and my physiotherapist said that approx 6 or 7 vertabrae in that area, there is very little movement and said that there wasn't anything he could do because everytime he worked with my spine it was causing an inflammatory response which wasn't good cos it would cause scaring. he was querying osteoarthiritis. i also have problems with the bottom of my spine and when i stand , sit or lay my spine is twisted in the areas i have mentioned. when i am stood the deformity can be seen. it has got that bad that now i cannot walk far, climbing stairs is difficult, getting in the bath etc.my gp has diagnosed osteoarthiritis in my hips knees and wrists. the question i want to ask is recently i have been having periods where my speech is effected (stuttering), sometimes when people are talking to me it sounds like gobbledy gook and i can't understand what they are saying, problems with co-ordination, clumsiness, problems with balance, concentration, numbness in legs, feet and spine between the shoulder blades. my legs and feet sometimes go a purple colour. these symptoms all seem to come at once. my occupational therapist thinks that my spine could be cuttin off oxygen to my brain what do you think? do you think i should see my gp? i have also seen a neurologist with two suspected mini strokes.
