^intracranial pressure-work related?, caused surgical defect? Please respond

Brain surgery performed 08/2002 for removal of frontal meningioma. Angiogram/embellism done 1 week prior. Follow-up MRI's '02 '03 normal. No problems in 3 years except for minor headaches.

Latter part of 2006, work environment changed. Increased sound level caused right ear disturbance - noise is amplified.
Employer denied me wearing an ear plug to benefit my work environment. Medical note from Dr. allowing me to wear ear plug. Employer still denied this.

Intracranial Pressure is raised due to extreme working environment- hostile conditions.

2 partial seizures in one month. I am fully awake, but on the ground with uncontrollable movements. I have been under alot of stress at work.

MRI 04/21/07 shows skull has a surgical defect. I am now a health risk at work.

I am in constant pain 24/7.

QUESTION:
* * * Can the increased intercranial pressure cause the surgical incision on the skull to seperate and cause me to have uncontrollable partial seizures?
