How to loss fat in this area - Men
For Men.
The area below the belt line and above the Penis. The pudgy area that's hard to lose. I've lost 50 lbs and my low stomach is flatter then that area...i've tried lower ab workouts but they don't work...
Answers:
Do abbs exercises regularly....it will do the job...Depends. Work all areas of your body that are not responding well more than the rest. For your abs, do crunches. Situps I see as being more for the hips. It also depends on how wide your hips are in the first place. You cant reduce bone size. Also, work on posture. Try to get into the habit of always standing up straight and feeling strong and tall. Try to always keep the abs tight(ish) otherwise the stomach will slump. Hold your stomach in but dont do it to the extent that it obstructs your lungs. This eventually becomes habit.
You cant really target a specific area to lose fat...You just need to continue doing what you are doing and plenty of cardio will help you eliminate this trouble area.
