Thank you for your question. There is no need to donate money for an answer. I'm happy that you've seen the appropriate specialists and extensive examinations have been done. Chronic stomach problems can be hard to treat, and once all serious causes have been ruled out, a continuous doctor-patient relationship is needed to achieve the best results. Various diets can be tried, eliminating possible unsuitable foods. Looking at your list of examinations, I don't see that a gastroscopy (along with biopsy to rule out celiac disease) has been done. Also, lab tests for liver and pancreas functions, as well as thyroid function are usually done. These are just examples - whether these are needed or not, and if a more extensive series of examinations is needed - will be judged by the attending physician. Irritable bowel disease is also a possibility. It's not possible for me (or anyone else) to make diagnosis or treatment suggestions over the Internet. Good luck!
