someone i know has these knots on back of their heels and they wont go away one gets bigger and the person heels hurts all the time hurts for them to walk what can this person to heal their feet and what caused it

To me this could be several things. One being bone spurs or if tissue maybe some formation or warts. Its better if they are examined by a dr to determine the treatment.
