Heart Attack vs. Panic Attack

I believe I have been having some panic attacks, usually at night and I believe coming from recent family loss. I am on 100mg Atenol(daily) and 1mg Lorazipam and I take one Lorazipam nightly around 8:00. Most times I am fine but evey now and then it gets bumpy, my pressure goes to about 151/90 and pulse about 82. With Meds my normal reading is about 135/75 pulse 65-70.
Last year when I had my very first panic attack I went in to the ER of coarse thinking it was the big one, but the EKG was fine.
When I read about panic attacks they should last about 30 minutes and most of mine do, but lately, it seems, they are not as intense but I feel anxious longer and my pressure doesn't get as high but stays a little higher longer. I was once at 190/101 very short period. I am wondering is this probably still anxiety or masking for something esle like heart problem, how do you know the difference between the two attacks?
Thanks in advance.

if ur echo study and stress test are ok so it is a clear panic attack
dont worry , during sportive exercises blood pressure reaches these levels and heart beats reaches 150-180 per minute so it is normal 82 per minute is very normal even no panic attack (normal levels 60-100)
