Try getting a gym membership and using the elliptical or doing some running. See a dietitian to help you develop a healthy low-calorie diet.you nedd to exercise everyday and eating the right food for a good balanced diet. Thanks for the info, but I am not sure I would feel right in a gym, with all the young people, or is there such a thing as a gym for us oldies? I will have to check on that, my grandson would be interested, but I am afraid to ask him to go with me. Who goes with their grandma to a gym. He might surprise me and go. Is weight watchers a good thing to try? That is helpful.

Any option such as weight loss supplement (natural extract) is an option, but it will support your target without hurtHi, I checked out weight watchers, and to be truthful, I don't think that is my thing, I will have to find something else, as for the gym, my grandson said that I would not be happy there, but he did offer to take me swimming one a week, is that enough?? Doesn't seem like enough exercise to me. What else can I do, does dancing count a little??
