GI problems Rapid Weight loss Neuropathy

I have had some bizzare symptoms following a 3 week course of antibiotics for a staff infection. It started with bile/yellowish stool in the last week of antibiotics (Keflex). What followed was a weight loss os 20 lbs. in 3 weeks , numbness/tingling both hands and feet, dizziness,weakness/ muscle cramping/twitching, low BP, nausea...and to top everthing off i got a blood clot in the cubital fold of my arm from last blood draw!?. I have had ever blood test my dr.s can think of, a Neurologist tested me for MS and did an EEG (normal), i had an Endoscopy and colonoscopy which revealed gastritis but no other obvious problems a biopsy was done to rule out Ciliac and Chrohns, i do not have C-diff. My Dr's want to put me on anxiety and depression meds but i have a great life and nothing to be depressed about a lot of stress latelty but not for 6 weeks now and the symptoms persist. The symptoms have gotten better since i drasticly changed my diet to all natural foods and no starches or suger. My B12 was within normal range and i am thinking possibly Candidia?? But the more i read about B12 it does seem to be a better fit can you tell me about the difference between Anemia and B12 pernicious anemia?? if there is one. Any other leads i should be folowing at this point i am 37 yrs old and this is quite scarry for me.

Sounds like classic C Diff too me? Have you had more or another stool sample? Sorry for your pain...
