Getting Sick After Meals

I always get sick after eating. It starts out as a general nausea feeling, graduating to a sick feeling in my upper abdomen. Eventually the chills set in, weakness, feeling of weak or rapid pulse, sometimes getting palpitations. Towards the end I get acid reflux, and feel the constant need to belch for hours to relieve the feeling like my chest is going to explode. I end up with a sour taste in my mouth.

Generally, this comes on within 30 min. of eating, but sometimes it can start several hours after a meal. It is always after dinner that this starts (even if I eat early or have a light supper) It will usually last all night leaving me unable to sleep.

I've been to doc after doc and no one seems to know what it is. I've been tested for rapid dumping syndrome (tho I had no stomach surgery) but it came back negative. I was also tested for gallbladder problems (stones, lazy, etc)

A few conditions I found online that sound like what I feel are:
Gastroparesis
Gastritis
Bile Reflux
Rapid Dumping

I see people all over the internet complaining of the same thing, no one seems to have any answers for it. I'm hoping someone out there has found a diagnosis and can share it?
