Gallbladder
I have been diagnosed with gallstones. I have several extremely painful attacks a week. My attacks have never lasted less than 3 hours. I have heard several people say that they are wonderful after surgery and can eat what they want again.
I have also heard several people say they have the exact same pain and attacks as before.
I don't know what to do. I can go have the surgery if I want to I have already been told by my doctor thats what I need. I'm scared If I have it my pain will continue. Even when I'm not having an attack my gallbladder area is sore and tender. If I bend the wrong way I will have a shooting pain through my side.
thanks in advance,
Megan
