due to old injury?

I fell onto a barbell handle that had 500lbs. of weight on it. It did not move.
I hit my right side undermy rib cage area. took my breath. It was like I impaled
myself up under the rib area. Went to E.R nothing broke. This was Dec. 06
During the healing process took IBU and heat and cold compresses. As I am healing, I can lay flat on my back and feel little bubbles, or feeling of bubbles up and down my spine. When I am walking around I am ok. But when I sit or lay, or driving leaning back, I still have the bubble feeling. "Pressure". Just 8weeks ago, my neck started bothering me, lots of pressure... One day at work ended up going to E.R Dr. said had Hemipiligic migraine.... ???? Had no headache.... Just neck was lots of pressure, and back pressure. They kepted
me for 24hrs. and did MRI,Catscan, blood workup..... Now here in June, still having same symptoms.... I feel like someone is always squeezing my neck and I can't get enough oxy. and the bubbles "pressure" feelig up and down spine is still a nagg..... Doctor said, just takes time to heal ???? Oh, on really bad days I stay bordorline dizzy and foggy headed . What can I do ? What other questions, or symptoms am I missing in order for Doctor to help me ?
