Dizzy while eating

I have a question for the doctor or anyone on the forum. When I eat food, I get somewhat of a dizzy drogue feeling. While chewing, I feel a stuffy feeling in my forehead. It's almost like a sinus pressure. The feeling goes away about 10 mins after the meal. I have talked to my family doctor about this and he doesn't know what to say. I have had all the test done: blood work, sinus xray, sinus and brain ct scan. All are normal. I have been recently diagnosed with GAD. Could this be a result from that? Have you heard of anything like this?
Any feedback would be great!
Thanks,
MMG

Hi,

Sorry you have these symptoms eating. You stated you had been diagnosed with GAD which from reading about you can have real physical symptoms associated with this diagnosis. Maybe you could ask for a referral to be seen by a psychiatrist for further evaluation since this is their speciality. You can search the web( there are many blogs with people discussing their individual problems living with this diagnosis). Also you can search Dr. Joshua's site regarding as well. Here is a link I found:

Good luck to you and keep us posted
