dizziness
I had a dizzy spell while driving at night. Everything started spinning and I could not see where I was at. After my passanger was able to get the car to the side of the road I could not move with out feeling like I was falling. I threw up 3 times and the dizziness seemed to slowly stop. As soon as I got home I checked my blood pressure, it was 146/71. What could this type cause dizziness? I do take medicine for high blood pressure. It really freaked me out.

Hi alleymay,
Heres a link regarding high BP. Since your on HBP medication you probably should inform your physician of this dizziness and vomiting to be sure its not related to your BP in which case he may make an adjustment to your medication. Either way he should know, and he will know if its maybe a virus or directly HBP. Please call him or be seen. Good Luck
