Coeliac disease or something else????

I am writing to you regarding a question that is nagging at me.. I recently had a gastroscopy performed as my doctor suspected i had ulcers. The Gastroenterologist took biopsies from my duodenum to check for Coeliac disease even though TTG results were negative..... Biopsy results read as follows: There is a focal blunting of the villi associated with an increase in number of intraepithelial lymphocytes and lamina propria round cells. The appearances are those of a mild mucosal lesion. No giardia parasites are identified and there is no evidence of granulomatous inflammation......
Is this the sort of result you get for Coeliac(celiac) disease or could it be something else???? Everything i've read on coeliac disease states inflammation, and one doctor is saying coeliac and another holds reservations
I have been gluten free for a month so far and i don't feel any different to before.. But i also suspect i'm going through menopause as i had a partial hysterectomy almost 2 years ago..
