Chest paint - Upper right side
After eating lunch today approximately 5 minutes after i ate i put my daughter in her car seat ...As I was putting her in a sharp pain hit me in the right side of my chest ( towards the centerish ) .. What could be causing this?
Like most american's I do not have health insurance and I am just above the annual income to get state assistance so a doctor visit is really expensive for me.
The pain gets worse when i move my arm or turn my body

Hi and welcome,
Since you mention no related health problems it may be pulled ligaments or muscle, since you mention the positioning etc. placing your child in the car seat. If it persists you may just have to be seen. I have had these sharp pains before and its usually related to a certain position or over reaching and clears on its own. Trying to use proper body mechanics even for the what seems the simplest of task can be a challenge.
