Bump on top of head, headaches, teeth hurt, face hurts

I have a bump on the top of my head on my right side, I have headaches every day, and nausea (sometimes), I am worried, because of the bump and the headaches, I my back teeth hurt and so does my face, could you please give me an idea of what this could be? I am new to this sight...God Bless

You need to see the doctor about this.Headaches every day is reason to make an appointment. Proper examination is needed, cannot be diagnosed over the internet - make the appointment and please come back to the forum to let us know how things are goingI really appreciate your help..I will see a doctor..but do you think it could be a tumer of some kind? It hurts when I touch it..(the bump)..

Not that I am hoping for this to be..but..I am just wondering what I am looking at possibly? if you could please give me a broad generalization..I would appreciate it??

AlisaOThe bump itself may be nothing, on the other hand it could mean any number of conditions that may either heal spontaneously or require treatment. There is a wide range of possibilities. As just an example, an osteoma is a benign bone tumor that could cause tenderness and pain and a bump on the head. Osteoma is a benign tumor and can be cured surgically. Remember this is just an example, not to say you have osteoma.

I'm glad you decided to see the doctor, that's the way to go.
