Bad Thoughts Unexplained...Please Help
I need some help. My best friend has a problem that she is facing. She will think things that are horrible but she doesn't mean them. They scare her to dealth and she doesn't know what to do. Some of the things she has thought of: Wishing the airplane a friend was on would crash, that she hated the person she loves so much, that she never wants to see them again, when her lover says "I love you" she of course says it back with the full meaning yet right before she does she thinks "No I don't love you". She says to me, "You know how a ventroloquist makes the doll say what they want them to? I feel like the doll. I have no control over the things I think. What goes through my mind is the total opposite of how I really feel and what I want to happen." What is going on with my friend? What can be done to help? Please help me.
