Back Cramps/Pain
In my lower left back, I keep getting these 10 second cramps/sudden pain bursts. It isn't in my spine. It's to the left of my spine in my back. It seems like when I turn, lean, or slouch into a certain position I get the sudden pain.
Any ideas?
Answers:
Well it could be many things from muscle cramps, pulled muscle or even something internal. You really should have this checked out by your dr. to be sure.
