Always Dizzy..HELP!!!

Over the past 2 weeks I have experienced a feeling shakiness. I constantly feel like I am shaking. My blood sugars are in acceptable ranges, and it does not change if I eat anything. I am not currently on any medications and I am over all healthy. At first I thought it was due to high stress, lack of sleep and food. But I have done all of the above for over a week and I still feel like I am shaking. When I hold my hand out, there is no physical movement but I still feel like my whole body is shaking. Any ideas? There is no family history of epilepsy, I do not feel like I am going to lose consciousness. I do have a history of diabetes, however as I mentioned before my sugars are always within acceptable ranges. Any help would be great thanks.

Welcome to the forum Amandadahl,

Sorry you are having this shaking within feeling. As you mentioned you have a history of diabetes. Stress, not enough sleep and no food is a bad idea. I don't know if you are being medicated for diabetes or controlling glucose levels with diet, but this could certianly effect it. With diabetes you have to eat properly for more then one week. Diabetes is no condition to play with.
Sometimes what is the norm is not norm for you to feel normal. Are you being seen for diabetes?
Of course if you are seen by your Dr? You really should be and he can rule out other conditions as well.
