Taking any diet pills are bad i know i have taken lots in the past. do it naturaly, you do it right the first time and get in the habbit of being healthy and it will stay off forever those pills dont work, i have literaly tried over 50 brands of differnt kinds of pills doing exactly what they say and never worked. and it leaves things in your body that can hurt your organs and youll have to get your system cleaned out of all that stuff that did not pass out of your body, its not worth it not at all, go to like weight watchers, they are realy good it worked for me and you dont take any pills and you can eat the foods you like in moderation and not feel deprived. thats the best advice i could give you and i hope you consider it.
