Hi and welcome,
Seems you have had tests for the bottom parts maybe now you should see an internist or your primary Dr. for and upper GI and endoscopy. Could be many things as ulcer or GERD ets,. Good Luck

helloiam just your average joe, your run of the mill
MD health member, but i"ll take a go, and toss
myhat in the ring and see if i can help-out a little......
first of all...coffee, you did not specify how you take it, black, with/without cream, or a little coffee with your cream and sugar.
I have a couple of suggestions, you might want to think about.... (please don't take offense) but coffee straight up black... with your age being 46 (remember don't take offense) as we age our internal mechanism becomes delicate, black coffee
will irritate the inner lining of your stomach
like somthin awful... if you use cream and sugar
maybe the sugar .... maybe the cream? for 3 days
add or subtract the way you drin your coffee. you know like a 3 day trial test with coffee, maybe
it may agree with you better... if you add cream.
also do you drink on an empty stomach, try a slice of bread, toasted , also if you drink coffee with your breakfeast byany chance is there
bacon in that breakfeast?
on the other hand would you say its an on set of severe pain in the abdominal cavity. if iam correct that is what you meant.
also because coffee contains caffeine like asprins do (uncoated asperins do not agree / me)
and if you had a gastric ulcer (not saying u do)
coffee would be painful.
also you mentioned a sensation of fullness in your lower abdomen bladder>. could be a loy of
things, but one thing comes to mind, and that is
caffeine, it not only cause's gastrointestinal distress, thats one adverse effect, and another
is duresis ( like a water pill). it makes you want to pee alot more often then usual.
but when all is said and done..... answer the call, that your body gave you. second opinion's
won't hurt.
i hope everyhting works out glod bless you.
genai know from experience that caffiene irritates the prostate and in turn could affect the region around the bladder-but you said the uroligist already examined you. but scrictly as a frequent reader of this site-i am not a doctor-i think there is also a link between caffiene and bladder irritation, as you mentioned, you are a heavy coffee drinker.have the doctors checked for blood in your urine? good luck to you.
